Print Refund Policy
We take pride in offering high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you receive a faulty or inaccurately described product, we are here to assist you. Depending on the issue's severity, we will replace your order.
There is no refund or returns on change of mind on made to order products (such as prints) so please be sure of your choices before checking out!
In the event that your product is damaged during shipping, please take a photograph of the package before opening it. We will then assess the extent of the problem and offer a replacement, refund, or repair as necessary.

We get it, mama—things happen! Life with little ones can be unpredictable, and we want to be as flexible as possible. Here’s our refund policy for events:
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund: If you need to cancel your spot, you can receive a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours before the event start time.
No Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or for no-shows.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at Hello@feelgoodmumhub.com with your name, the event you’re canceling, and your reason for cancellation. We’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected situation after the 24-hour window, please reach out to us. While we can’t guarantee a refund, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
