Motherhood Unfiltered - Peer Support Sessions

Motherhood is a whirlwind. The highs, the lows, and everything in between—it’s a lot to handle. And sometimes, it can feel like you’re barely keeping it together. That’s where we come in.

More Than a Mums Group: This Is Self-Development for Mums

Motherhood Unfiltered isn’t just a casual mum meet-up. It’s a space for you to focus on your personal growth, confidence, and well-being. We’re blending self-development with real-life strategies to help you not just survive motherhood, but thrive in it.

What You Can Expect

This is a hands-on, interactive session that’s all about you, your emotions, and how to manage them in a way that supports your well-being. Here’s what’s on the agenda:

  • Interactive Discussions: Real mums sharing real experiences. We’ll talk about how we feel when the chaos takes over and how we can navigate it with more calm.

  • Practical Tools: Learn actionable strategies to stay grounded in the heat of the moment and respond to your emotions with confidence.

  • Supportive Community: Connect with a like-minded community of mums who truly get it and who are here to support you on your journey.

By the end of the session, you’ll walk away feeling lighter, more equipped, and ready to approach the challenges of motherhood with a little more calm and a lot more confidence.

Sessions are approx. 2 hours long.

Yes Baby is welcome!

Learning new methods to cope with overwhelm, especially by acknowledging my feelings and emotions as they arise, has been incredibly empowering! I can already see how much this approach is going to help me manage everyday challenges more effectively.

LOVE NOTES

Understanding what’s happening in my brain during moments of overwhelm has been a game-changer—it makes everything feel more normal and reassures me that I’m not just ‘crazy’ in those moments. But honestly, the most powerful part has been having a space to talk openly and feel truly heard. Sometimes, it’s not about fixing things—it’s about feeling understood and knowing we’re not alone, especially as mums when our partners can’t fully grasp what we go through in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum!

Until yesterday, I always felt like there was something wrong with me, like my feelings were hurting my relationship with my partner. But hearing that so many other mums go through the same thing made me realize—it’s normal! It’s okay to feel this way and to navigate tough times at home. Having a safe space to be vulnerable with complete strangers, yet still feel connected, was so powerful.
